Key points you need to know about how Coronavirus impacted our services back in December 2020 and what it may be like if we were to enter a lockdown once again

  •   Delivery timescales on all couriers were extended
  •   Many of the large international couriers could NOT send to various countries
  •   Signed-For services used different methods to show proof of delivery
  • Parcels travelling into Europe via road were severely impacted.

    For domestic (UK-UK) parcels there were delays to delivery timescales.

    Parcelforce suspended their services to some international destinations. Where this was the case, you would not have been able to get a price online.

    If you were sending parcels to the USA we strongly reccomended using one of our DHL services.
