Landmark Global Tracking

To provide peace of mind, Landmark Global services have online tracking included. For the first leg of your parcel's journey you will be able to track your parcel using Parcelforce or CollectPlus or Inpost until it reaches our UK hub (depending on the service chosen when you booked your parcel).
Once the parcel has arrived at our sorting hub in Dover, we will send you new tracking details that can be used to track your parcel's progress on it's second leg with Landmark.

Please note that this is an economy service, so tracking will be limited for the international portion of the journey. You may not be updated every day and instead, you will receive updates at specific points in the parcels journey. These usually include:

  • When the parcel has been dispatched and is on its way to the final delivery country
  • When the goods arrive in the delivery country

This may mean that there can be several days between updates.

If a considerable amount of time has passed, feel free to get in touch with us for assistance. Parcels are normally delivered in 15-20 working days depending on the destination country, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
