The couriers we use are very efficient and reliable. However, on occasions, things can go wrong with loss or damage to your goods.
It is very rare for our couriers to lose or damage your goods, but if it does happen, we will deal with it for you.
If You Need To Use Extra Cover
- Please be aware that this section of the website is for loss or damage requests only.
- Please be aware that we need to know about a damage claim within 24 hours of the delivery time in order to process your claim.
- We will require certain documents from you to support your claim.
If you have a claim, one of our advisors will contact you and let you know exactly what information we need.
If we do not have this information within 24 hours of the time of delivery, in the case of delay or damage, and 5 working days in the case of loss, we may not be able to process your claim.
If your parcel has been declared lost by the courier, or has arrived damaged please let us know using the form below.
