Why do they happen and what to do?

Why?

Sometimes we just cannot give a reason!  Some couriers can have difficulty finding a collection address, some simply run out of time to get to you to pickup.
Remember that many couriers will still try to collect up to 7pm, so if no-one has turned up by 5pm, don't panic.

What To Do?

Tell us!  We book your collections with the relevant couriers but have no way of knowing if you suffer a failed collection.
