We have various options available to you for the dispatch of your goods. We have air express, and air economy, and also road freight services. All will be offered to you at the time of booking to enable you to have a complete overview of the services you can choose to send your goods on. You will be provided with all the information you need about any particular shipping service at the time of booking to enable you to make an informed decision.

Organizing your shipment is simplicity itself using our comprehensive online booking system. Just enter the origin and destination countries, the number of items, their sizes and weights. When it comes to packaging your items, you really need to take great care. Your goods must be secure in the packaging you wrap around it. There is no point in sending anything if it is rattling around in the box. Also the packaging must be able to protect the contents from a small fall from waist height. This is just in case the box falls from a conveyor belt or the driver drops it. Although great care is taken with your goods, these things can and do happen.

The delivery agents we use are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses.  If your delivery address contains a P.O Box number, please contact us before booking.  Some items are also not permitted to travel with our carriers, please see our prohibited items page.  We can offer extra insurance for some services, please see the extra information sections when booking.

All parcels sent through our very cheap courier networks are either sent as volumetric or actual weight.  All postage companies will scan and weigh your packages to obtain the actual and volumetric weight of the goods.  You have not got to worry about this however as our postage website does it all for you.  And of course you will still get our greatly discounted postage rates offered to you.
