Organizing your shipment is simplicity itself using our comprehensive online booking system. Just enter the origin and destination countries, the number of items, their sizes and weights. The price will be shown and you can then complete the full details. We can even produce an invoice if required.  Ask us a question, and we can help.

You can find comprehensive advice about the packaging of your parcels on the packing advice page. However the main rule to follow when packing is as follows. Your parcel will need to be able to withstand a drop from waist height. This is because the courier could drop it.

All consignments sent through our carriers are fully track able online.  We can help you do this by offering you a page which has links to all of the relevant agents websites.  Simply click on the tracking for each consignment to track your parcel.

Extra insurance is available for some services,  but not for others.  This is made very clear at the time of booking.  We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service.  If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage.  We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses.  Please contact us via the contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.

Some services are charged at a box rate up to a certain amount. For instance a box price from UK to Europe is up 30kg. Other services use a volumetric formula using the length, height and weight of the box.
