shopping cart style of website which enables you to book all of your parcels in and pay for them in one simple transaction. This shopping cart style also enables us to give you great offers and a very comprehensive address book. |

Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

You can send one box or several boxes using the drop down menus. If you have more than one
box to send to the same address you will be charged a
consignment price.

When sending consignments through global delivery agent networks, you need to pack each box in a professional manner. We can offer you advice on this subject, however you should basically pack your items so that they can withstand a small fall from around waist height, just in case your box should be dropped for any reason. Also be aware that at some point your box will be stacked, so it is very likely that other
consignments will be stacked on top of it.

We have made the tracking of your parcels as easy as we can. We have designed and created
systems to talk to each individual carriers website to obtain the very latest tracking information for your
consignments. To access this data simply log into your parcel club account, click on the account overview button and select the tracking button next to the consignment you are tracking. You will then get all the latest information directly from the carrier themselves.

As in al carriers of packages, we need to issue some guidelines on what we can and cannot carry through our networks. We have done this through a prohibited items page. Here you will find all the help and advice you need to make the sending process as quick and easy as possible. All parcels sent through our very cheap courier networks are either sent as volumetric or actual weight. All postage companies will scan and weigh your packages to obtain the actual and volumetric weight of the goods. You have not got to worry about this however as our postage website does it all for you. And of course you will still get our greatly discounted postage rates offered to you.
