shopping cart style of website which enables you to book all of your parcels in and pay for them in one simple transaction. This shopping cart style also enables us to give you great offers and a very comprehensive address book. |

You can choose to have your parcels collected
on any day within seven days of booking. If you require a same day collection, please make your
booking before 11.30am on the day that the collection is required. Otherwise you are free to choose a collection day up to seven days in advance from the time of booking.

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

Our brand new website can offer you the option of sending just one item in your consignment, or multiple boxes in your consignment. In certain circumstances we can offer discounts for multiple
package consignments. The shipping companies we use would rather fill their lorries and planes than move them half empty, so they offer discounts to send more than one box to the same address.

Your shipping documentation includes a unique tracking number. Once your goods are in transit, this number can be used on the carrier’s website to follow its progress right up to delivery. This is an invaluable tool for confirmation of
delivery, or to establish a reason for delay in delivery. |

As with all carriers of goods being shipped we need to advise you on goods that can and cannot be sent. We have done this through our
prohibited items page. We have also listed some items that we can send, but cannot insure against. Extra insurance is available on some services, and you can find all this information on

All of the services currently offered on postagesupermarket by our couriers suffer a vloumetric charging scheme. Basically this means that your parcel will be billed at either the actual weight, or on the size of the box, whichever is greater. You do not need to worry about this as the postage calculator does all of this working out when you obtain a quote.
