We can offer you advice on this subject, however you should basically pack your items so that they can withstand a small fall from around waist height, just in case your box should be dropped for any reason. There you will see a list of all the shipments you have sent. Each one will have a track now button next to it. Simply click this button and you will be provided with a printable page that will hold all of the latest tracking
