Organizing your shipment is simplicity itself using our comprehensive online
booking
system. Just enter the origin and destination countries, the number of items, their sizes and weights. The price will be shown and you can then complete the full details. We can even produce an invoice if required.

You can choose to have your parcels collected
on any day within seven days of booking. If you require a same day collection, please make your
booking before 11.30am on the day that the collection is required. Otherwise you are free to choose a collection day up to seven days in advance from the time of booking.

You can send one box or several boxes using the drop down menus. If you have more than one
box to send to the same address you will be charged a
consignment price.

Each box you send needs to packed to a

As part of our unique and individual
service, we have tried to offer you the most comprehensive tracking
service that we can. We believe that the best way to get the best
information about your shipment is to go to the courier directly.
We do this for you when you log into your account with us, and we
display exactly what the courier is telling us. Giving you peace
of mind that you are getting the very latest data for the tracking of
your goods.

The delivery agents we use are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses. If your delivery address contains a P.O Box number, please contact us before booking. Some items are also not permitted to travel with our
carriers, please see our prohibited items page. We can offer extra insurance for some services, please see the extra information sections when booking.

All of the services currently offered on postagesupermarket by our couriers suffer a vloumetric charging scheme. Basically this means that your parcel will be billed at either the actual weight, or on the size of the box, whichever is greater. You do not need to worry about this as the postage calculator does all of this working out when you obtain a quote.
