All will be offered to you at the time of booking to enable you to have a complete overview of the services you can choose to send your goods on. You will be provided with all the information you need about any particular shipping service at the time of booking to enable you to make an informed decision.

We only use world leading delivery agents to deliver your goods. They are market leading agents who will endeavour to action every collection request they receive. With same day pick-ups available until 12.30pm, the service you receive will be faultless.

	Use a strong box.
	Wrap glass (in bubble wrap or other protection)
	Tape the box securely
	Don’t overfill the box

Advice for packing your consignment is a tricky area. Only you will know if the packaging is sufficient for the goods you are sending. Basically if you have packaged the item in its box for sending and it rattles around when you shake the box it is not good enough. The box must be able to withstand a small fall. The reason for this is that the carrier may drop the box at any stage. However please rest assured that the greatest of care is taken with all of your packages.

Once your order has been collected you’ll receive confirmation e-mail. Your tracking number will come when you print your paperwork.

We can provide a service to any part of the world via one of our couriers, however we cannot provide a service for all of the GOODS that you may need to ship.  We have provided a full and conclusive list of the prohibited items that we can and cannot carry.

Some couriers offer a box price (usually between 20-30 kilos), other services use volumetric weight to calculate the cost of shipping.  This involves the dimensions of the box or the overall weight whichever is the greatest.
