Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

Extra insurance is available for some services, but not for others. This is made very clear at the time of booking. We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service. If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage. We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses. Please contact us via the
contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.

All couriers that carry parcels work on a volumetric pricing system. Basically this means that they measure and weigh all of the boxes that they carry through their networks. They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great
understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
