Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

Our brand new website can offer you the option of sending just one item in your consignment, or multiple boxes in your consignment. In certain circumstances we can offer discounts for multiple
package consignments. The shipping companies we use would rather fill their lorries and planes than move them half empty, so they offer discounts to send more than one box to the same address.

Dispatching goods around the world
can be a daunting prospect for new businesses. However with the
right packaging there really should be no issues with the couriers we
use. The carriers will use as much care as possible when handling
your goods however accidents can and do happen. we suggest that
you package all items to be able to withstand a fall from waist height.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order. We will then process your
order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached. The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

As in al carriers of packages, we need to issue some guidelines on what we can and cannot carry through our networks. We have done this through a prohibited items page. Here you will find all the help and advice you need to make the sending process as quick and easy as possible.
