Booking a delivery with postagesupermarket could not be simpler.  Simply log onto our website and use the quick quote section to choose your collection country and delivery country.  Then give us the information we need to make your booking a reality.  You can choose the service your items travel on, but we will provide as much detailed information for every delivery service we can to help you choose.

	Wrap glass (in bubble wrap or other protection)
	Tape the box securely
	Don’t overfill the box

Advice for packing your consignment is a tricky area. Only you will know if the packaging is sufficient for the goods you are sending. Basically if you have packaged the item in its box for sending and it rattles around when you shake the box it is not good enough. The box must be able to withstand a small fall. The reason for this is that the carrier may drop the box at any stage. However please rest assured that the greatest of care is taken with all of your packages.

We have made the tracking of your parcels as easy as we can. We have designed and created systems to talk to each individual carriers website to obtain the very latest tracking information for your consignments. To access this data simply log into your parcel club account, click on the account overview button and select the tracking button next to the consignment you are tracking. You will then get all the latest information directly from the carrier themselves.

We cannot send to P.O. boxes, if your delivery address is a P.O. box please use the contact us button on this site.
Some services offer insurance up to £50.00 but further insurance can be purchased here.  Prohibited items include weapons and aerosols but please see our full list of prohibited items in our terms and conditions.

All of the services currently offered on postagesupermarket by our couriers suffer a vloumetric charging scheme. Basically this means that your parcel will be billed at either the actual weight, or on the size of the box, whichever is greater. You do not need to worry about this as the postage calculator does all of this working out when you obtain a quote.
