Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

You can find comprehensive advice about the packaging of your parcels on the packing advice page. However the main rule to follow when packing is as follows. Your parcel will need to be able to withstand a drop from waist
height. This is because the courier could drop it.

We have made the tracking of your packages as easy as we can. We have integrated systems that work with our
business partners website to obtain the very latest tracking information for your goods. Simply log into the parcel club, go to your account overview and click the track parcel button next to the consignment you are tracking. You will then see a printable screen of the very latest tracking information.

The delivery agents we use are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses. If your delivery address contains a P.O Box number, please contact us before booking. Some items are also not permitted to travel with our
carriers, please see our prohibited items page. We can offer extra insurance for some services, please see the extra information sections when booking.
