Quick, Easy, Simple…..We try to make booking your collections as pain free as possible. With a shopping cart style of website, we are the only carriage company offering you the ability to book more than one
consignment, and pay for them in one simple
transaction. |

You can choose to have your parcels collected
on any day within seven days of booking. If you require a same day collection, please make your
booking before 11.30am on the day that the collection is required. Otherwise you are free to choose a collection day up to seven days in advance from the time of booking.

Unlike some of our competitors, we use a shopping cart system of booking, allowing you to send a single item or a consignment of boxes to the same address and you only complete the collection and delivery
addresses
once.

All boxes should be taped securely and goods inside should be wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival at the
destination.

|
Your shipping documentation includes a unique tracking number. Once your goods are in transit, this number can be used on the carrier’s website to follow its progress right up to delivery. This is an invaluable tool for confirmation of
delivery, or to establish a reason for delay in delivery. |

Extra insurance is available for some services, but not for others. This is made very clear at the time of booking. We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service. If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage. We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses. Please contact us via the
contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.

Some services are charged at a box rate up to a certain amount. For instance a box price from UK to Europe is up 30kg. Other services use a volumetric formula using the length, height and weight of the box. |
