We have various options available to you for the dispatch of your goods. We have air express, and
air
economy, and
also road freight services. All will be offered to you at the time of booking to enable you to have a complete overview of the services you can choose to send your goods on. You will be provided with all the information you need about any particular shipping service at the time of
booking to enable you to make an informed decision.

Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

Unlike some of our competitors, we use a shopping cart system of booking, allowing you to send a single item or a consignment of boxes to the same address and you only complete the collection and delivery
addresses
once.

Your goods need to be securely wrapped and boxed. This is to protect them whilst in transit. They will be
traveling through delivery networks that convey thousands of items every day. This means your goods need to be able to withstand a small fall. |

Your shipping documentation includes a unique tracking number. Once your goods are in transit, this number can be used on the carrier’s website to follow its progress right up to delivery. This is an invaluable tool for confirmation of
delivery, or to establish a reason for delay in delivery. |

As with all delivery companies, the ones we use have a list of prohibited items. We have made a page for you to view with all the advice you will need about the goods you are sending. And of course you can always contact us if you have any queries. Some of our services also offer extra insurance. You will be informed weather or not the service you want to use has
insurance when you click on the book now button. |

Some couriers offer a box price (usually between 20-30 kilos), other services use volumetric weight to calculate the cost of shipping. This involves the dimensions of the box or the overall weight whichever is the greatest.
