12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

Our brand new website can offer you the option of sending just one item in your consignment, or multiple boxes in your consignment. In certain circumstances we can offer discounts for multiple
package consignments. The shipping companies we use would rather fill their lorries and planes than move them half empty, so they offer discounts to send more than one box to the same address.

Your goods need to be securely wrapped and boxed. This is to protect them whilst in transit. They will be
traveling through delivery networks that convey thousands of items every day. This means your goods need to be able to withstand a small fall. |

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order. We will then process your
order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached. The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

As with all carriers of goods being shipped we need to advise you on goods that can and cannot be sent. We have done this through our
prohibited items page. We have also listed some items that we can send, but cannot insure against. Extra insurance is available on some services, and you can find all this information on
our services page.

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
