Our shopping cart style website enables you to book one collection, or multiple collections. These can be arranged from one address or from different addresses within the UK, or anywhere in the world if you are arranging an import. And all of these can be paid in one simple transaction making the booking process as hassle free as possible.

We pride ourselves on the security we can offer you when it comes to your payments. We use two world leading agents to process your payments to us. SAGE pay and Paypal both offer secure online payments giving both you the customer and us the peace of mind we need. We will only accept your payment once your card has passed our security checks and we are happy there is no fraud involved. You can rest assured that a highly trained member of staff personally checks each transaction.


	You can send one box or several boxes using the drop down menus. If you have more than one box to send to the same address you will be charged a consignment price.

	Wrap glass (in bubble wrap or other protection)

	Don’t overfill the box

Advice for packing your consignment is a tricky area. Only you will know if the packaging is sufficient for the goods you are sending. Basically if you have packaged the item in its box for sending and it rattles around when you shake the box it is not good enough. The box must be able to withstand a small fall. The reason for this is that the carrier may drop the box at any stage. However please rest assured that the greatest of care is taken with all of your packages.

Once your order has been collected you’ll receive confirmation e-mail. Your tracking number will come when you print your paperwork.


All consignments are covered by standard insurance up to the value of £50.00. This can be upgraded where necessary at an additional cost. However there are a number of restricted items that are uninsurable and items that are prohibited from carriage. PO Box addresses are not accepted.	.

All of the services currently offered on postagesupermarket by our couriers suffer a vloumetric charging scheme. Basically this means that your parcel will be billed at either the actual weight, or on the size of the box, whichever is greater. You do not need to worry about this as the postage calculator does all of this working out when you obtain a quote.
