All boxes should be taped securely and goods inside should be wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival at the
destination.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order. We will then process your
order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached. The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

Please note there are some restrictions on what can be sent and to where. Verify these on this page to see a list of prohibited items which either cannot be carried, or will not be covered by any insurance, even if you have purchased additional cover. Basically this means that your parcel will be billed at either the actual weight, or on the size of the box, whichever is greater. You do not need to worry about this as the postage calculator does all of this working out when you obtain a quote.
