Once you have entered the correct weight and dimensions of your boxes the price is calculated for you on line. After entering all details into the site and
payment has been confirmed the paperwork is sent via email.
simply print off the documents, follow the instructions and await
collection.

Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

Unlike some of our competitors, we use a shopping cart system of booking, allowing you to send a single item or a consignment of boxes to the same address and you only complete the collection and delivery
addresses
once.

Your shipping documentation includes a unique tracking number. Once your goods are in transit, this number can be used on the carrier’s website to follow its progress right up to delivery. This is an invaluable tool for confirmation of
delivery, or to establish a reason for delay in delivery. |

A full postal address is required, NO P O Boxes, sorry. Prohibited items include weapons, batteries and cash; please see our
comprehensive list in our terms and conditions: prohibited items. The service includes insurance up to a certain level and further insurance can be bought on the site. |
