Consignments can consist of one or more parcels and the site will give a quote for the amount you have entered

You can find comprehensive advice about the packaging of your parcels on the packing advice page. However the main rule to follow when packing is as follows. Your parcel will need to be able to withstand a drop from waist
height. This is because the courier could drop it.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order. We will then process your
order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached. The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

As with all delivery companies, the ones we use have a list of prohibited items. We have made a page for you to view with all the advice you will need about the goods you are sending.
