Booking a delivery with postagesupermarket could not be simpler. Simply log onto our website and use the quick quote section to choose your
collection country and delivery country. Then give us the information we need to make your booking a reality. You can choose the service your items travel on, but we will provide as much
detailed information for every delivery service we can to help you choose.
We only use world leading
delivery agents to deliver your goods. They are market leading agents who will
endeavour to action every collection request they receive. With same day pick-ups available until
12.30pm, the service you receive will be faultless.
Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

We can provide a service
to any part of the world via one of our couriers, however we cannot
provide a service for all of the GOODS that you may need to ship.

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
