To access this data simply log into your parcel club account, click on the account overview button and select the tracking button next to the consignment you are tracking. You will then get all the latest information directly from the carrier themselves.

The delivery agents we use are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses.  If your delivery address contains a P.O Box number, please contact us before booking.  Some items are also not permitted to travel with our carriers, please see our prohibited items page.  We can offer extra insurance for some services, please see the extra information sections when booking.

All of the services currently offered on postagesupermarket by our couriers suffer a vloumetric charging scheme. Basically this means that your parcel will be billed at either the actual weight, or on the size of the box, whichever is greater.
