All consignments are covered by standard insurance up to the value of £50.00. This can be upgraded where necessary at an additional cost. However there are a number of restricted items that are uninsurable and items that are prohibited from carriage.
PO Box addresses are not accepted.

All postage companies will scan and weigh your packages to obtain the actual and volumetric weight of the goods.
