As we have accounts with all of the leading carrier companies we can offer a variety of options for all of your shipping needs. We can offer services to any continent and any country in the world. If your parcel is urgent we can offer air express services. If your package is less urgent we can offer you cheaper economy services. Also we offer excellent rates for large and bulky or heavy consignments.

All of our services are booked online. This makes the whole process easier and quicker for you. We also have more control over our accounts and can get all the information you need to you in a very small time frame. It is a very simple process and we will guide you through step by step if you are a first time user.

All your collections are book through an automated system. As soon as your payment is received, we process your order and your collections are booked for the days you chose at the time of booking. Quick, Easy, Simple...

	Use a strong box.
	Wrap glass (in bubble wrap or other protection)
	Tape the box securely
	Don’t overfill the box

Advice for packing your consignment is a tricky area. Only you will know if the packaging is sufficient for the goods you are sending. Basically if you have packaged the item in its box for sending and it rattles around when you shake the box it is not good enough. The box must be able to withstand a small fall. The reason for this is that the carrier may drop the box at any stage. However please rest assured that the greatest of care is taken with all of your packages.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order.  We will then process your order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached.  The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

Extra insurance is available for some services,  but not for others.  This is made very clear at the time of booking.  We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service.  If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage.  We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses.  Please contact us via the contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.

All parcels sent through our very cheap courier networks are either sent as volumetric or actual weight.  All postage companies will scan and weigh your packages to obtain the actual and volumetric weight of the goods.  You have not got to worry about this however as our postage website does it all for you.  And of course you will still get our greatly discounted postage rates offered to you.
