Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm.

We have made the tracking of your packages as easy as we can. We have integrated systems that work with our
business partners website to obtain the very latest tracking information for your goods. Simply log into the parcel club, go to your account overview and click the track parcel button next to the consignment you are tracking. You will then see a printable screen of the very latest tracking information.
When using postagesupermarket, we strongly recommend you look at our
prohibited items page. The reason being is that our carriers will only send certain goods. All goods listed as prohibited items can still be sent with us, but there will be no claim if they arrive damaged.

Most of the couriers we use bill us
on what is called the volumetric weight of your parcel. This
basically means that it depends on the size of your parcel rather than
the actual weight as to how much you will pay for the shipment.
