economy, and
also road freight services. All will be offered to you at the time of booking to enable you to have a complete overview of the services you can choose to send your goods on. You will be provided with all the information you need about any particular shipping service at the time of
booking to enable you to make an informed decision.

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

You can send one box or several boxes using the drop down menus. If you have more than one
box to send to the same address you will be charged a
consignment price.

Once your order has been
collected you’ll receive confirmation e-mail. Your tracking number will come when you print your paperwork. |

Please note there are some restrictions on what can be sent and to where. Verify these on this page to see a list of prohibited items which either cannot be carried, or will not be covered by any insurance, even if you have purchased additional cover. All parcels sent through any of our couriers will suffer volumetric sizing. This means that our website will calculate the volumetric size of your package and compare it to the actual weight and then generate a price for whichever is greater.
