You can totally control your collections when booking online. You can choose the day of collection as well as the collection address for each

delivery. If you require a collection on the same day as booking, you will need to make sure that you book before
112.30pm on any given working day.

They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great
understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
