It’s door to door; you’ll need a printer for your paperwork.  Collections can be made from pre-stated addresses any where in the world.  Deliveries and collections into and from the UK on a daily basis.

We only use world leading delivery agents to deliver your goods. They are market leading agents who will endeavour to action every collection request they receive. With same day pick-ups available until 12.30pm, the service you receive will be faultless.

	Use a strong box.
	Wrap glass (in bubble wrap or other protection)
	Tape the box securely
	Don’t overfill the box

Advice for packing your consignment is a tricky area. Only you will know if the packaging is sufficient for the goods you are sending. Basically if you have packaged the item in its box for sending and it rattles around when you shake the box it is not good enough. The box must be able to withstand a small fall. The reason for this is that the carrier may drop the box at any stage. However please rest assured that the greatest of care is taken with all of your packages.

All consignments sent through our carriers are fully track able online.  We can help you do this by offering you a page which has links to all of the relevant agents websites.  Simply click on the tracking for each consignment to track your parcel.

As with all delivery companies, the ones we use have a list of prohibited items. We have made a page for you to view with all the advice you will need about the goods you are sending. And of course you can always contact us if you have any queries. Some of our services also offer extra insurance. You will be informed weather or not the service you want to use has insurance when you click on the book now button.

Most of the couriers we use bill us on what is called the volumetric weight of your parcel.  This basically means that it depends on the size of your parcel rather than the actual weight as to how much you will pay for the shipment.
