Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great
understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
