When it comes to packaging your items, you really need to take great care. Your goods must be secure in the packaging you wrap around it. There is no point in sending anything if it is rattling around in the box. Also the packaging must be able to protect the contents from a small fall from waist height. If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage. We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses. All couriers that carry parcels work on a volumetric pricing system. Basically this means that they measure and weigh all of the boxes that they carry through their networks. They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
