Please note there are some restrictions on what can be sent and to where. All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed. All the equations for each individual courier can be found on our volumetric pricing page.
