Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

All consignments sent through our carriers are fully track able online. We can help you do this by offering you a page which has links to all of the relevant agents websites. Simply click on the tracking for each consignment to track your parcel.

Please note there are some restrictions on what can be sent and to where. Verify these on this page to see a list of prohibited items which either cannot be carried, or will not be covered by any insurance, even if you have purchased additional cover. All couriers that carry parcels work on a volumetric pricing system. Basically this means that they measure and weigh all of the boxes that they carry through their networks. They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great
understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
