Also be aware that at some point your box will be stacked, so it is very likely that other
consignments will be stacked on top of it.

Simply log into the parcel club, go to your account overview and click the track parcel button next to the consignment you are tracking. You will then see a printable screen of the very latest tracking information.

All consignments are covered by standard insurance up to the value of £50.00. This can be upgraded where necessary at an additional cost. However there are a number of restricted items that are uninsurable and items that are prohibited from carriage.
PO Box addresses are not accepted.

All of the services currently offered on postagesupermarket by our couriers suffer a vloumetric charging scheme. Basically this means that your parcel will be billed at either the actual weight, or on the size of the box, whichever is greater. You do not need to worry about this as the postage calculator does all of this working out when you obtain a quote.
