We can offer you advice on this subject, however you should basically pack your items so that they can withstand a small fall from around waist height, just in case your box should be dropped for any reason. consignments will be stacked on top of it.

If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage. We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses. Please contact us via the
contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
