In order to make the ordering process as painless as possible for you, all of our
services are booked online. This enables us to be as
efficient as possible when taking your order. With everything being on line, we can also ensure maximum security for your payments, and can get any information that you need to you fast and effectively.

Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

Unlike some of our competitors, we use a shopping cart system of booking, allowing you to send a single item or a consignment of boxes to the same address and you only complete the collection and delivery
addresses
once.

All boxes should be taped securely and goods inside should be wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival at the
destination.

Your shipping documentation includes a unique tracking number. Once your goods are in transit, this number can be used on the carrier’s website to follow its progress right up to delivery. This is an invaluable tool for confirmation of
delivery, or to establish a reason for delay in delivery. |

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
