We have made the tracking of your packages as easy as we can. We have integrated systems that work with our
business partners website to obtain the very latest tracking information for your goods. Simply log into the parcel club, go to your account overview and click the track parcel button next to the consignment you are tracking. You will then see a printable screen of the very latest tracking information.

All consignments are covered by standard insurance up to the value of £50.00. This can be upgraded where necessary at an additional cost. However there are a number of restricted items that are uninsurable and items that are prohibited from carriage.
PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Your package will be priced either on its volumetric size, or its actual weight depending on which is heavier. All the calculations for the volumetric sizing of your parcels is done for you.
