Once you have entered the correct weight and dimensions of your boxes the price is calculated for you on line. After entering all details into the site and
payment has been confirmed the paperwork is sent via email.
simply print off the documents, follow the instructions and await
collection.

Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

The way we have priced our services will make it an advantage for you to
send more than one box in certain circumstances. Consignment
prices are available for all countries and can be cheaper than sending
just one box. Use our quick quote system to ensure that you get
the best price for what you are sending.....

Your goods need to be securely wrapped and boxed. This is to protect them whilst in transit. They will be
traveling through delivery networks that convey thousands of items every day. This means your goods need to be able to withstand a small fall. |

Once paperwork is sent via email this should be attached securely to the box and the tracking number is printed clearly on the docket. This can be used to track
consignments on-line with all the major companies.

Extra insurance is available for some services, but not for others. This is made very clear at the time of booking. We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service. If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage. We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses. Please contact us via the
contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.
