CollectPlus offer their own cover up to £50.00. Both these items are provided by the courier, not postagesupermarket.com.
Standard liability insurance of £100.00 included when using Parcelforce.
We also offer you the option of purchasing our Extra Cover. This means we will refund you to a maximum transit cover of £2500.00 in the case of loss or damage according to our terms and conditions. Any consignment sent with an cost value greater than £2500.00 will be at your own risk. If you do not purchase our extra cover at the time of booking then you will only be covered for the standard amount offered by the respective courier.

Confirmation that damaged goods can/cannot be repaired.
If goods can be repaired, we require a copy of repair invoice. In order for us to process lost or damaged claims, we need to obtain confirmation that the parcel is lost or damaged. When activating your Extra Cover, we must be notified within 5 days of the courier confirming it has been lost.
If the contents of your parcel are incorrectly packed or contain a prohibited item we will not process your claim.
The Postagesupermarket.com MUST be notified of damaged claims within 24 hours of delivery.
Extra Cover refunds can take up to 28 days to process.
