We have various options available to you for the dispatch of your goods. We have air express, and air economy, and also road freight services. All will be offered to you at the time of booking to enable you to have a complete overview of the services you can choose to send your goods on. You will be provided with all the information you need about any particular shipping service at the time of booking to enable you to make an informed decision.

Once you have entered the correct weight and dimensions of your boxes the price is calculated for you on line. After entering all details into the site and payment has been confirmed the paperwork is sent via email.  simply print off the documents, follow the instructions and await collection.

We only use world leading delivery agents to deliver your goods. They are market leading agents who will endeavour to action every collection request they receive. With same day pick-ups available until 12.30pm, the service you receive will be faultless.

All boxes should be taped securely and goods inside should be wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival at the destination.

Your shipping documentation includes a unique tracking number. Once your goods are in transit, this number can be used on the carrier’s website to follow its progress right up to delivery. This is an invaluable tool for confirmation of delivery, or to establish a reason for delay in delivery.

Extra insurance is available for some services,  but not for others.  This is made very clear at the time of booking.  We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service.  If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage.  We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses.  Please contact us via the contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
