The couriers we use are very efficient and reliable. However, on ocassions, things can go wrong with loss or damage to your goods. It is very rare for our couriers to lose or damage your goods, but if it does happen, we will deal with it for you.
If You Need To Claim....
Please be aware that this section of the website is for loss or damage claims only. If your parcel has been delayed or delivered late, please let us know using the contact us form. Please be aware that we need to know about a damage claim within 24 hours of the delivery time in order to process your claim.
We will require certain documents from you to support your claim. If you have a claim, one of our advisors will contact you and let you know exactly what information we need. If we do not have this information within 5 working days we will not be able to process your claim. If your parcel has been declared lost by the courier, or has arrived damaged please let us know using the form below.
