If you have a failed collection, please remember that your collection will only be classed as failed after 7pm on the scheduled day of collection as our couriers can collect up until 7pm Mon-Fri. If you have a failed collection, please click on the link below and send us all the information so that we can investigate with the courier company on your behalf. When a collection has been re-booked we will notify you of the details.
