Although all of the couriers we use are very efficient and very reliable, from time to time a failed collection can occur. If this does happen we will re-book your collection at the earliest possible opportunity.
If You Have A Failed Collection....
Please remember that your collection will only be classed as failed after 7pm on the day of collection. The reason for this is that our couriers can collect right up until 7pm Mon-Fri. If you are still concerned that you have a failed collection please click on the link below to let us know so we can look into it for you. We will contact you to let you know when the collection has been re-booked for.
