The PostageSupermarket.com DOES NOT provide any insurance cover Any consignment sent with an insurable value greater than £2500.00 will be at your own risk If you do not opt for increased insurance then you will only be covered for the standard amount offered by the respective courier.

Confirmation that damaged goods can/cannot be repaired.
If goods can be repaired, we require a copy of repair invoice o In order for us to process lost or damaged claims, the insurance provider MUST provide confirmation that the parcel is lost or damaged. The Postagesupermarket.com MUST process your claim for lost consignments within 5 days of the courier confirming it has been lost.
If the contents of your parcel are incorrectly packed or contain a prohibited item we will not process your claim.
The Postagesupermarket.com MUST be notified of damaged claims within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims for standard insurance cover will take approx 28 days to process.
Claims via CNA for extended insurance cover should be completed within 28 days.
Either the Courier company or CNA will make all claim payments via the postagesupermarket.com. We will forward the payment onto you.
