Making a Claim.
A claim can be submitted using our claims form located on every page, or using the following link - Claims Form. Please be aware that we cannot process any claim for lost consignments unless the courier has confirmed it to be lost. If the contents of your consignment are insufficiently packed, or on our Prohibited Items List, then we will not be able to process your claim. This also applies to damaged shipments.   When to Inform Us Damage ClaimsWe need to know about damage claims within 24 hours of delivery. We have a very strict time frame to report damage to the couriers, please see our Terms and Conditions for more details. Lost Claims
In the rare event that your consignment is lost by the carrier, we need to process the claim within 5 working days of the carrier declaring your consignment as lost. The claims form will ask you for cost invoices (not sales invoices) for the contents of the consignment so we can process the claim. We are unable to deal with any claim that does not have this information with it. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
