We can arrange collections from any address in the UK including Northern Ireland. You can book multiple collection addresses in the same order, and we will endeavor to have your collections on the day that you requested at the time of booking.

All consignments are covered by standard insurance up to the value of £50.00. This can be upgraded where necessary at an additional cost. However there are a number of restricted items that are uninsurable and items that are prohibited from carriage. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
All couriers that carry parcels work on a volumetric pricing system. Basically this means that they measure and weigh all of the boxes that they carry through their networks. They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
