Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

Your goods need to be securely wrapped and boxed. This is to protect them whilst in transit. They will be
traveling through delivery networks that convey thousands of items every day. This means your goods need to be able to withstand a small fall. |

collected you’ll receive confirmation e-mail. Your tracking number will come when you print your paperwork. |

Please note there are some restrictions on what can be sent and to where. Verify these on this page to see a list of prohibited items which either cannot be carried, or will not be covered by any insurance, even if you have purchased additional cover. All of the services currently offered on postagesupermarket by our couriers suffer a vloumetric charging scheme. Basically this means that your parcel will be billed at either the actual weight, or on the size of the box, whichever is greater. You do not need to worry about this as the postage calculator does all of this working out when you obtain a quote.
