You can totally control your collections when booking online. You can choose the day of collection as well as the collection address for each
individual
delivery. If you require a collection on the same day as booking, you will need to make sure that you book before
112.30pm on any given working day.

You can send one box or several boxes using the drop down menus. If you have more than one
box to send to the same address you will be charged a
consignment price.
|

|
Your goods need to be securely wrapped and boxed. This is to protect them whilst in transit. They will be
traveling through delivery networks that convey thousands of items every day. This means your goods need to be able to withstand a small fall. |

Your shipping documentation includes a unique tracking number. Once your goods are in transit, this number can be used on the carrier’s website to follow its progress right up to delivery. This is an invaluable tool for confirmation of
delivery, or to establish a reason for delay in delivery. |

Please note there are some restrictions on what can be sent and to where. Verify these on this page to see a list of prohibited items which either cannot be carried, or will not be covered by any insurance, even if you have purchased additional cover. Most of the couriers we use bill us
on what is called the volumetric weight of your parcel. This
basically means that it depends on the size of your parcel rather than
the actual weight as to how much you will pay for the shipment.
