The services offered are door to door. You can arrange for collection from any address in the UK i.e. work or a
neighbour if no one home.

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

If you have more than one item to send internationally or within the UK, you can do it with us easily and quickly. We can send one item to one
address, or several items to one address, or a lots of items to lots of
addresses!

Each box you send needs to packed to a
professional standard in order to travel through any carrier network. Please see our packing advice page Packing advice

Once paperwork is sent via email this should be attached securely to the box and the tracking number is printed clearly on the docket. This can be used to track
consignments on-line with all the major companies.

As with all delivery companies, the ones we use have a list of prohibited items. We have made a page for you to view with all the advice you will need about the goods you are sending. All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
